So there you are at home in Louisville wondering what you should do. Should you go shopping? The house needs a few things, maybe you can take care of that. You need to buy some paper plates and cups for the family barbeque you are hosting, you need to pick up some toiletries and cleaning supplies and you've run out of trash bags and paper towels.
While you ponder all of these and decide the route you will take at the store perhaps you happen to look down and notice a stain, a small little stain on your carpeting. As you get closer to the stain you see that the once vibrant color it used to have is actually muted by scuffs and dirt and black marks all over the room.
Now you start to inspect your entire Louisville home. First floor, all the carpeting seems to have different spots and what looks like a film of dust on top of it. As an experiment you move the couch to see the difference and there it is! The original color of your carpeting, that same nice tan color you saw the day you moved in.
Now it's time to investigate the upstairs carpeting and as you do so you silently ponder when the last time you've had a residential carpet cleaning was. Moving room to room you start in the master bedroom and find that while it is a little cleaner, probably due to less shoe traffic, there are a few spots and towards the bathroom you can see the carpet is starting to fray and come undone right before the tile.
Now you are curious, you are wondering why you haven't noticed this before, after all your carpets are right there everyday below your feet. Perhaps you just weren't thinking about it? Perhaps you weren't looking hard enough? "When was the last time a carpet cleaning company has been here?" you whisper.
Now it's time to move on to the kids rooms. Oh, the dreaded pit of despair that is your eldest child's, your son's, room. Covered in clothes and magazines, video games and video game controllers, CD's, and old food containers you thrust aside, carefully of course so you don't disturb the mess too much and you see even more filth. Crunchy and dried food stains, something resembling pizza sauce you tell yourself. An overturned can of soda and next to it a dry, but brown, stain from the cola. Now you are really getting heated, now you are concerned about your carpet.
Next is your daughters room. She's an angel and always so clean and you start with a feeling of relief as you can see the flooring and everything is well kept. Then you get closer and what is that, lipstick! No, not lipstick! This is a tough stain, this beats all the stains in the house!
Now you remember that you were going to go to the store, but that can wait. It is time to call a Louisville carpet cleaning company and have them come and rescue your carpets from certain doom.
